International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 5-8 business days, depending upon your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number with Emirates Post. This will allow you to track the delivery of your order at any time. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

Shipment Notification

You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view tracking information once your order has shipped. International Shipping Terms and Conditions: Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the UAE may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all

Import Fees

If you refuse a shipment from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. Delivery Charges and Delivery Times Tables

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders of AED 950 or $AUD200 and over. For smaller orders, we’ve made shipping costs as affordable as possible.

Please note the following important points regarding shipping.

  • We cannot ship to a PO BOX number. Real addresses only please.
  • Please include your telephone number in your order details.
  • Please note the customer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes incurred. Each country has different tax thresholds for the importing of goods.

Shipping Conditions

Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipping delays: has no control over the shipping process after the package has been sent. We will assist tracking or providing you the tracking details.


Our sizes are based on UK measures. We are happy to provide you with more information in regards to exact measurements or approximate conversion into other sizing charts.

If you are a particular shape (we are all sorts of shapes at Micheletti Style!) and have difficulties with the sizes provided but love an item, please email us and we will see if we can work out a customised item. We strongly stand for designing for all shapes, sizes and heights so hope that we can satisfy all our clientele.


Our policy is listed below; Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or concerns. will happily accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 30 days from purchase date. will also gladly offer a credit for returned merchandise.

  • Items cannot be returned after 30 days after the purchase date
  • is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items
  • We are unable to process returns for any or Micheletti ‘Eclectic Chic’ items purchased from an outside retailer
  • Your return will be processed within 3 – 4 business days of receipt of merchandise

Bespoke Items Returns

While will happily accept returns of all unwashed, unworn, unaltered ‘regular’ merchandise within 30 days from shipping date, it cannot accept a refund or return of an item that has been especially ordered, created and produced within the ‘bespoke’ category. This is purely because it is a unique product, exclusively created for a particular person and it will not be resalable, we hope you understand that.

Damaged Products & Shipping Errors

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items.

Conditions for returns or refunds to be accepted:

Items must be in perfect condition with all tags still on.

How to Return an Item

Products Issue:

The faulty products can be returned to by confirming any of the following clearly visible quality defects: non-removable stain, defective zipper, ripped material, poor quality stitching, significant colour difference, or the product is significantly different from the product photography. Items out of stock:

Some items may be out of stock during the order processing stage. Should this occur, you will be automatically contacted by email by a Customer Service staff and provided with a notification regarding the situation. A solution will be offered and if no agreement is reached, in this case, customers are entitled to a full refund.

Sizing issues:

Sizing is clearly explained and highlighted on each product page and again in the SIZING GUIDE section.

Please note the following criteria for accepting return based on size differences. 
• For Custom Sized Clothing: size difference from the quoted size exceeding 2CM;
• Non Custom Sized Clothing: size difference from the quoted size exceeding 3CM.

If you find a discrepancy between the size mentioned in the guide and the product you have received, please follow these steps:
• display the item on a flat surface
• place a tape ruler to clearly measure and highlight the size difference
• please take clear photographs
• submit the photos for review

We will reply within 2-3 business days as soon as we have reviewed the evidence and confirm the next steps. Only if we agree to a return or refund then you may carefully package and ship the item(s) to the designated address provided by the Customer Service staff. Customers must cover the return shipping fee for package returns. will process a refund only when package is received and if the goods are in the conditions stated in the Conditions for Returns or Refunds to be accepted section. always recommends that customers should ensure that their package is traceable and provide the related tracking information.
